1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Waves: Personalized Meditation app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Description of Service

Waves: Personalized Meditation provides personalized meditation content generated by artificial intelligence. The App offers various subscription plans and credit-based purchases for accessing content.

3. User Eligibility and Restrictions

The App is available to users who are 13 years of age or older. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must have parental consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

The App is currently available in the following regions: United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Availability in other regions may be added in the future. Users outside of these regions may experience limited functionality or be unable to access certain features.

We reserve the right to limit access to the App based on geographical location, device compatibility, or other criteria at our sole discretion.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the App and for any activities or actions under your account. You should notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers various subscription plans and one-off purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly as all App Store purchases are managed by Apple.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and audio content, is the property of Loot Finance LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may provide feedback and preferences to enhance their personalized meditation experience. By submitting such content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt this content for the purpose of improving your experience with the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Loot Finance LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

10. Medical Disclaimer

The App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
